**Terms and Conditions for Harmony & Soul** 

By booking a session with Harmony & Soul Spiritual Wellness and Healing acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:  

1. **Nature of Services**  

- I Nell Tairoski, am a spiritual coach, not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional.  

- My services are intended for personal growth, spiritual guidance, and self-reflection. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.  

 2. **No Guarantees of Results**  

- Every individual’s experience is unique, and results may vary.  

- Any benefits gained from my coaching sessions are temporary and depend on the client's personal effort and openness to the process.  

- I do not guarantee specific outcomes, healing, or transformation.  

 3. **Personal Responsibility**  

- The client is responsible for their own well-being, decisions, and actions.  

- Any choices made or actions taken as a result of my coaching are the sole responsibility of the client.  

- If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, mental health concerns, or medical issues, I encourage you to seek professional medical or psychological assistance.  

 4. **Confidentiality**  

- All sessions are confidential, and I will not share personal information unless required by law.  

- However, confidentiality does not apply in situations where there is a risk of harm to the client or others.  

5. **Payment & Cancellation Policy**  

- Payment for services must be made in full before the session begins.  

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling

6. **Agreement & Consent**  

By scheduling a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You accept full responsibility for your participation and waive any claims against Harmony & Soul, Spiritual Wellness and Healing
